How to Use SSH Telnet & SSH FTP

Step-by-Step Instructions for Using SSH Telnet/FTP:

1. Launch the SSH Secured Shell Client
2. Click Quick Connect button
3. Type the Host Name: cs.calstatela.edu and your User Name (eg. jchang7)
   
   
   
   
4. Then click Connect
5. Once connected, you can perform the same commands as in a regular telnet
6. To access the SSH FTP, click on the FTP icon . You can drag and drop files as in Windows Explorer.
